Refund Policy

A non-refundable deposit is necessary to secure your booking. 

 

If you have paid in full and need to cancel, we will refund the total amount provided you give us at least 5 days notice prior to the scheduled session. With less than 5 days notice prior to the session date, a refund minus the deposit amount will be given. Same day cancellations and no-shows will not receive any refund. . 

 

If Equine Energy must cancel a session due to weather, emergencies, or illness, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
